Meet the Maker- Dino Petrov
Come see Fast and Furious at a miniature level! Maker Dino Petrov, loves to design miniature car parts. Dino is a junior here at Illinois studying economics. He got the idea to print mini car parts from a friend who came into the MakerLab previously to print scale airplanes. His friend's scale airplane prints let Dino know that the MakerLab was a perfect fit for his hobby of collecting Diecast Scale Model Cars. At the MakerLab, Dino has been making miniature parts of his own to add to the cars. Now, he is able to switch out various parts of the original scale cars with the 3D printed version. Allowing him to customize and design his own dream car! Watch the video below to learn more about Dino's story!
