Summer 2026 Pricing

Early Bird: $225 (register by March 15, 2026)

Regular: $250

Schedule: 3 hours/day, Monday-Friday (5 days)

You can sign up for both morning and afternoon camps as we avoid duplication of content.

Camp Guidelines

Additional Info:
- Lunch hour supervision (12:00–1:00 PM) is available for $10/day for campers enrolled in both morning and afternoon sessions.
- Late pickup at 5:00 PM is available for $10/day.
- If your child is staying through the lunch hour, please pack or order for delivery a nut-free meal.
- Parents can drop kids off starting at 8:30 AM for no extra charge.
A minimum of 3 campers are needed for a camp to be offered. Most camps accept up to 8 campers; robot camps (Robot Arm and Reachy Mini) are limited to 6.
All camps are at Illinois MakerLab, Business Instructional Facility (BIF), Room 3030
Please check the age requirement for each camp before registering. In some cases, parents can register as attendees as well.
Please download and complete the Camp Forms (emergency contact, liability waiver, and photo release) and bring them with you to the first session.
Refund Policy: All camps will have a $20 non-refundable deposit.
- Up 21 days before camp: Full refund minus the $20 non-refundable deposit
- 20 to 8 days before camp: Half refund minus the $20 non-refundable deposit
- 7 days or less before camp: No refund
- Campers may be switched to other camp sessions at no cost if seats are available.
- We understand that sudden illnesses and family emergencies can happen, please reach out to us as soon as you are able if this is the case.
