Required Forms for Minors
Many of our events in the MakerLab are designed for minors. Parents/guardians of minors are required to sign waiver forms and bring them to events when dropping off attendees.
How to Get Waiver Forms
Please contact us to request the current waiver forms for:
- Summer camps
- Birthday parties
- Workshops and events
- Private group visits
